Events for everyone
As part of Raising a Region in the South Wairarapa, Kia Hākinakina is establishing a broad range of community events, with the goal of providing physical activity, play and sporting opportunities for all. Keep coming back to this page as we update the events list and share stories from those that have happened.
A key part of the approach is social connection and, where we can, connecting events to local clubs and organisations.
Kia Hākinakina Wairarapa has relationships with a range of Wairarapa and Wellington based Regional Sports Organisations (RSOs) as well as national organisations, and uses these relationships to drive the range of opportunities.
